OPD
Outpatient registration and visits stay on the same patient record as the orders and charges that follow.
HMIS Pro / Pakistan
HMIS Pro is QuantaloomAI's hospital management system for hospitals that want OPD, labs, pharmacy, and revenue cycle on one platform. It is deployed at a private hospital. Each rollout is a scope-based quote and typically runs 8–16 weeks.
The system
Hospitals in Pakistan often keep outpatient desks, laboratory benches, pharmacy counters, and billing on separate tools. HMIS Pro is the HMIS that puts those workflows on one record. A hospital that runs clinical operations through a long day still needs that record to follow the patient from OPD into the lab, the pharmacy, and the bill.
Outpatient registration and visits stay on the same patient record as the orders and charges that follow.
Lab work sits in the hospital system, with analyzer interfacing over RS232 and TCP/IP and LIS integration support scoped to the laboratory the hospital runs.
Pharmacy dispensing and pharmacy-claims integration share the patient and billing record. The claim flows in scope are named in the quote.
Charges and collections stay tied to the clinical work that created them, instead of a second system staff have to reconcile by hand.
What is included
Integration support for LIS, RIS, and PACS, and interfacing for lab analyzers, is part of the product. It is not a promise that every device or archive on site is already connected. The quote names the systems in scope. HRMS, payroll, and pharmacy claims are handled the same way: included when the hospital's rollout calls for them.
Commercial scope
HMIS Pro does not have a fixed price. The quote follows the departments you need, the integrations you name, cloud or on-premise hosting, and the data migration and staff training that belong in the same engagement. Those last two are scoped per deal, not assumed as an unlimited extra.
A typical implementation runs 8–16 weeks from signed scope to the hospital using the system. HMIS Pro is deployed at a private hospital. We do not publish the client name. Book an HMIS Pro demo while a scoping call is being booked.
The database is PostgreSQL. The interface is available in 22 languages, including English and Urdu, which is the pair most hospitals in Pakistan ask about first.
