These terms cover use of the QuantaloomAI website. Paid product and engineering work starts only under a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract.

You may browse the site, contact us, and request a consultation. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service availability, interfere with the site, or misuse content for misleading commercial purposes.

No professional advice
Site content (including journal posts and case studies) is for general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice. Product descriptions reflect QuantaloomAI work and capabilities; outcomes depend on scope, data, and client execution.

Project engagements
A client relationship begins only when a proposal, statement of work, or agreement is signed by both parties. Those documents control scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, IP assignment, warranties, and liability. Website marketing copy does not amend a signed contract.

Intellectual property
Website copy, visuals, brand marks, and design belong to QuantaloomAI unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute them as your own. Client deliverables and code ownership are defined in the signed project agreement — typically full transfer on payment for custom work.

Limitation & changes
The site is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantaloomAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Governing law and venue will be stated in project agreements where applicable.
