Track refundable employee bonds with installment recovery through payroll. Ledger shows each monthly deduction and remaining balance until fully recovered or refunded on exit.
What it covers
HR configures deposit amount and installment count on the employee profile. Each payroll run auto-deducts the installment until the ledger reaches zero. Optional HR policy category security_deposit can align rules campus-wide.
