Doctors
Directory & Share
Doctor profiles, specialties, schedules, and optional revenue-share attribution for consultations and inpatient visits, linked to User and Employee identities where provisioned.
What is the Doctors module?
The Doctors workspace maintains the clinical directory: specialty, consultation fees, weekly availability, and optional revenue share (global percent plus per-visit overrides). Staff can link a Doctor record to a login User and/or HR Employee so scheduling, payroll, and clinical attribution stay consistent.
Why it exists
- → Appointment and OPD queues need accurate doctor schedules
- → Revenue share requires attributable billing lines
- → Identity linking prevents duplicate doctor/staff records
Doctor operational loop
Directory → schedule → clinical attribution → optional share accrual
Deep dive
Revenue share
What: Optional percent of attributed clinical revenue.
How: Enable share on the doctor profile; override percent per IPD visit when needed. Attribution reports export as CSV.
Identity linking
What: Bind Doctor to User login and HR Employee.
How: Links are managed from doctor detail / IT onboarding so RBAC and payroll stay aligned.
Share attribution
What: Line-level attribution workspace.
How: Review accrued share, filter by period, and export for finance reconciliation.
Access control
What: Directory and schedule permissions.
How: Nav uses doctors:view (and related schedule grants). Record scopes can limit which doctors a user sees.
