Policy
Versioned institutional rules for late arrivals: lates-per-deduction thresholds, effective dates, and optional per-employee exemptions. Configured under HR Policies, not a standalone page.
What it covers
Active late_coming HR policy defines how many late marks trigger a payroll day deduction. Attendance compute counts lates per period; payroll applies deductions on payslip generation. Employees may carry lateExempt flags with monthly allowance.
