Remarks
Pathologists can attach interpretive remarks to verified lab reports. Remarks appear on the patient portal share view and printed PDFs when present.
When to use
Use remarks for narrative interpretation, methodology notes, or recommendations that do not belong in structured result rows.
Permissions
Requires lab:verify or lab:manage. Remarks are audited with the report verify/update flow.
Patient portal
Public patient share pages include remarks when the report is verified and remarks are non-empty.
